What You'll Do
As a Chemical Engineering Intern, you may:
  • Support process optimization and manufacturing improvement initiatives
  • Assist in troubleshooting production and process issues
  • Analyze operating data to identify opportunities for yield, throughput, quality, and cost improvements
  • Participate in process safety, reliability, and continuous improvement projects
  • Assist with commissioning, startup, and implementation activities
  • Develop engineering calculations, process documentation, and technical reports
  • Present findings and recommendations to engineering and site leadership teams
  • Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, Quality, and Supply Chain teams

Qualifications
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or Master's level student
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
