Job description

This position is a part of the Account Management Team within Midwest Energy Services. Midwest Energy Services provides the best in class servicing to corporate and small business customers through support of direct face to face consultations and communicating with assigned all clientele. This position ensures the continued satisfaction and retention of existing clients and referral of Energy Consulting opportunities to the appropriate lines of business.

Account Managers are responsible for:

· Communicating with clients directly

· Provide solutions to internal and external customer

· Partner with existing clients to present service information, consult on operating and account issues, recommending alternatives.

· Ensuring client retention.

Qualifications for an Entry Level Account Manager:

You could be a great fit if you have:
- At least 1 year of experience in the customer service, energy, sales, consulting, marketing, recruiting, restaurant industry
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication and client relationship management skills — whether interaction is in person, over the telephone or via email
