Job description

The Car Wash Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring vehicles are cleaned efficiently and to high standards, with a small team of 1 to 5 people. This position may involve operating wash system controls and manual drying, brushing or spraying to service a range of vehicles including passenger cars, trucks, SUVs, and commercial vehicles. Attendants provide excellent customer assistance everyday while maintaining safety and quality throughout all processes. May be peak weekend hours and busy seasonal periods.

Responsibilities

  • Use the necessary drying towels, brushes or power wash each vehicle
  • Assist customers with service inquiries and vehicle handling
  • Collaborate effectively with a small team to maintain workflow
  • Maintain safety standards during procedures
  • Manage cleaning schedules during peak and seasonal busy periods

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in vehicle cleaning
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Attention to detail in cleaning and service delivery
