Qualifications

Previous dispatching, customer service, or office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Experience with Service Titan is a plus.

  • Assisting with invoicing and payment processing
  • Providing exceptional customer service on every interaction
  • Utilizing Service Titan and other technology to manage daily operations
  • Following the proven Mr. Rooter Plumbing systems and processes
