Job Overview

We are growing rapidly and are hiring for multiple transport positions! We have a very experienced management staff and are looking for the right candidate. We will happily train you how on our company process and procedures but this is NOT an entry level position to train someone with no experience that is interested in getting into the industry.

We have day and night shift transport openings on our rapidly growing team! The ideal candidate will possess vehicle transport experience using a two car light/medium duty flatbed to and from auction. Our equipment is all late model units, well maintained and in very good mechanical shape and appearance as well.

This role requires excellent driving skills, including the ability to operate two car flatbed tow trucks and/or Self Loader/Wheel Lift Tow Truck.

We would like drivers who can confidently move 12-14 cars daily between our yard in West Chester and DAA, Manheim and ADESA and/or our satellite storage yards located in Dayton near ADESA and N. KY. Familiarity with Run Buggy, Central Dispatch and other similar industry applications not required but a definite plus.

All work is LOCAL. You begin and end your day at our main facility in West Chester. Shifts are 10 hours - max!

Duties

Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to transport vehicles

Load and unload vehicles with care, ensuring no damage occurs during the process.

Conduct routine inspections on tow truck to ensure optimal performance.

Communicate effectively with management.

Maintain accurate records of services performed and any incidents that occur during towing operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience with a flatbed/wheel lift tow truck.

Good driving record with no major violations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in high-pressure situations

Achieve or Exceed team safety score as reported through Fleet Dash Cameras

Hours

Day Shift - Up to max 10 Hour Shift M-F 8am-6pm

Third Shift - Up to max 10 Hours SU-TR 11pm-9am Night

$1000 Sign On Bonus for the right candidate that can demonstrate required performance while also operating safely
