Our client is seeking six Product Operations Associates to support a large-scale advisor conversion initiative associated with an internal transition. These individuals will play a key role in ensuring advisors and support staff receive timely access to systems, applications, and technology services during a period of significant organizational growth.

This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a high-volume operations environment, possess strong attention to detail, and enjoy working through structured processes while maintaining a commitment to quality and customer service.

Process advisor onboarding, access provisioning, and account setup requests.

• Configure and provision system access for advisors and support staff.

• Support advisor terminations and suspensions by removing or modifying system access.

• Process subscription and application access requests for various internal and third-party platforms.

• Manage and update cases within Microsoft Dynamics.

• Review requests for accuracy and ensure compliance with established procedures.

• Work through assigned case queues while meeting productivity and quality expectations.

• Perform data entry and operational processing activities with a high degree of accuracy.

• Communicate with advisors via email and occasional outbound phone calls to clarify requests or provide status updates.

• Assist with special projects related to the Commonwealth advisor conversion initiative.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve backlog items and support shifting business priorities.

• Learn and navigate multiple proprietary systems and operational workflows.
