Our Service Department porters provide a valuable need to our customers by quickly and efficiently moving customers vehicle in and out of the service write up area. This is an entry level position that is the springboard for many other positions within the dealership in multiple departments.

Responsibilities
  • Assist service advisors in greeting our customers.
  • Install protective plastics in customer vehicles
  • Park customer vehicles
  • Keep service drive area neat and clean
  • Deliver vehicle keys to dispatchers
  • Operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
  • Test-drive vehicles
  • Provide a smiling face and warm greetings to customers
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are well-informed of any additional services needed.
