Southern Capital Title Company, LLC is a firm specializing in real property litigation and title and escrow closing services.
Job Description
We are looking for someone with the skills to hit the ground running. This is not an entry level position and the successful candidate's resume must display residential law firm experience specifically in the area of residential closings.
The position entails client contact, preparation of Closing Disclosures, completing closing packages, handling document recording, title insurance preparation and disbursing files.
Applicants must enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment, and must possess a commitment to demonstrating a strong and consistent work ethic. Qualified candidates must also possess a high attention to detail as this position involves responsibility for accuracy on critical real estate and mortgage lending documents. Additionally, candidates should have excellent communication skills and must be comfortable interacting with clients tactfully in high-pressure customer service situations.
Knowledge of Landtech closing systems is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word is additionally required.
The compensation is commensurate with skill and experience. Spanish Speaking and experience with Georgia real estate law is also a plus but not mandatory!
