Role Summary

TESIM Electric is seeking a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator โ€“ Entry Level to help tell TESIMโ€™s story and keep recruiting, project, and company communications active and organized. TESIM is growing its commercial electrical business and building its data-center and mission-critical pipeline across Texas. Electrical construction experience is not required. We value dependable people who communicate clearly, learn quickly, and take pride in accurate work.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Draft and schedule approved social posts, hiring updates, and company announcements.
  • Organize project photos, content calendars, contact lists, and basic performance reports.
  • Support simple graphics, event materials, website updates, and recruiting campaigns.
  • Coordinate approvals and ensure content is accurate, professional, and on brand.
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or a portfolio is welcome.
  • 0โ€“2 years of social media, school, volunteer, retail, or marketing experience.
  • Clear writing and comfort with LinkedIn, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Good judgment, consistency, creativity, and attention to detail.
