Job description

We have an immediate need for a motivated, outgoing, and career-minded individual for an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant position. This is an in-person, full-time opportunity where youโ€™ll gain hands-on experience supporting event marketing campaigns, promotional events, brand activations, and customer engagement initiatives.

No prior marketing experience is required. Paid training is provided. If youโ€™re a recent graduate, career changer, or simply looking for an entry-level opportunity where you can learn, grow, and develop valuable professional skills, we want to hear from you.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Assist with event marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand activations
  • Help coordinate event setup, displays, promotional materials, and breakdown
  • Represent brands professionally at community events, retail locations, and live marketing events
  • Engage with customers and provide information about products, services, and promotions
  • Create positive customer experiences through face-to-face interaction
  • Support customer acquisition and marketing campaign goals
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute successful events
  • Participate in team meetings, paid training, and professional development
  • Develop skills in marketing, customer service, communication, sales, and leadership
  • Take on additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities as you grow

What Weโ€™re Looking For

Weโ€™re hiring for potential, attitude, and work ethicโ€”not just experience.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Outgoing and comfortable interacting with people
  • Energetic, positive, and eager to learn
  • Dependable, professional, and motivated
  • A strong communicator and team player
  • Organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Open to coaching and professional development
  • Interested in marketing, events, business, sales, or customer engagement

Previous marketing experience is not required. Training is provided.

Candidates with experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, restaurants, sales, events, communications, sports, or education are encouraged to apply. Recent college graduates and career changers are welcome.

What We Offer

  • Paid training
  • Hands-on experience in event marketing and brand promotions
  • Performance-based incentives and bonuses
  • Ongoing coaching and professional development
  • Leadership development opportunities
  • Advancement opportunities based on performance
  • Collaborative, team-oriented work environment
  • Transferable skills for long-term career growth

Why Join Our Team?

This is more than an entry-level job. Itโ€™s an opportunity to build real-world marketing and business experience while working directly with customers and a supportive team.

Instead of sitting behind a desk all day, youโ€™ll be involved in live events, promotional campaigns, customer engagement, and brand experiences. Youโ€™ll develop communication, teamwork, leadership, and marketing skills that can help you advance your career.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be 18+
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable interacting with customers and the public
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, professional, and motivated
  • Comfortable working in-person at events and promotional locations
  • Full-time availability, including occasional evenings or weekends based on event schedules

No college degree or previous marketing experience required. Paid training provided.
