The Supply Chain Business Operations Team supports Motorola's Video Security and Access Control and Mobile Video organizations. We drive end-to-end supply chain operations by partnering across organizations to delight our customers and meet our business objectives.
Job Description

The Business Operations Analyst is a key role to support the company's fast-growing video business. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving supply chain results and ensuring customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as a liaison between the Sales, Customer Order Management, Operations, Warehouse & Logistics teams to ensure all orders are shipped according to promise dates.

  • Analyze daily order backlog and drive revenue to meet financial commitments.

  • Coordinate with supply planning to ensure all delivery dates are provided and accurate.

  • Attend operations meetings to identify supply which will impact customer orders and communicate timely information to sales.

  • Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce order to cash cycle time.

  • Drive process automation and digitization leveraging AI and advanced technology.

Additional Qualified Skills:

  • Knowledge and experience using ERP systems, SAP and Oracle preferred

  • Highly motivated with positive attitude

  • Data analysis skills

  • Proven results

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Detail oriented and well organized

  • Ability to multi-task and work confidently under pressure


Target Base Salary Range: $58,500 - $85,200
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
