US: Hiring Range in USD from: $75,000 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and define program scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with engineering roadmaps, scaling priorities, and overall business goals. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure efficient program execution.
  • Support engineering hiring and planning, including headcount modeling, skills alignment, and workforce forecasting to ensure teams are resourced effectively to meet growth and delivery targets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels are required, along with proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for organizational and data analytics purposes.
  • Develop and deliver daily consumption reporting, providing visibility into usage patterns, infrastructure demand, and key performance indicators to support both engineering and leadership decision-making.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and scaling risks, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve infrastructure performance and operational effectiveness.
  • Drive adoption of tools, processes, and reporting standards that improve visibility into engineering operations, planning, and consumption metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and partner teams to align infrastructure planning with demand signals, strategic initiatives, and evolving business priorities. 

Minimum  Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in business operations or engineering operations role, preferably in the cloud infrastructure space. 
  • Strong understanding of planning and resource modeling, infrastructure utilization, and consumption-based environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, AI/ML environments, or large-scale distributed systems is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting teams with hiring planning, workforce analytics, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical data into clear, executive-level insights and presentations.
  • Advanced analytical and modeling skills, including Excel-based modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Oracle Analytics or similar) to build impactful dashboards and reports.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel based modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on driving measurable business impact.

  • Experience with hyperscale cloud platforms or large-scale infrastructure solutions
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or high-performance computing workloads
