About the Opportunity

We are currently hiring an Entry-Level B2B Account Manager to join our growing sales team. This opportunity is ideal for recent college graduates and early-career professionals who are looking to gain hands-on experience in business-to-business sales, account management, customer acquisition, and leadership.

No extensive sales background is required. We are looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and a willingness to learn. Our team provides hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help new team members develop the skills needed to succeed.

What You'll Do

As a B2B Account Manager, you will work directly with business customers while representing our clients and their products and services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with business customers
  • Conduct face-to-face B2B sales presentations and conversations
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Assist with new customer acquisition and account development
  • Follow up with prospective and existing business customers
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information
  • Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership training
  • Work toward individual and team sales goals
  • Develop skills in sales, communication, account management, and leadership

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Professional, reliable, and comfortable communicating with new people
  • Motivated by goals and personal development
  • Coachable and willing to learn
  • Organized and able to manage daily responsibilities independently
  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
  • Interested in developing a career in sales, business, account management, or leadership
  • Available to work a full-time Monday–Friday schedule
  • Able to reliably travel within the assigned territory as required for the position

Recent graduates and candidates beginning their professional careers are encouraged to apply.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, athletics, leadership, or other people-focused environments can be helpful, but prior B2B sales experience is not required.

What We Offer

  • Paid training and ongoing professional development
  • Full-time Monday–Friday schedule
  • Performance-based earning opportunities
  • Hands-on B2B sales and account management experience
  • Leadership and management development
  • Opportunities for advancement based on performance
  • Supportive, team-oriented work environment
  • Opportunities to develop transferable business and communication skills

Career Growth

We believe in developing talent from within. Team members who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and leadership potential may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities in areas such as:

Account Management → Training & Development → Team Leadership → Management

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a strong professional foundation while gaining practical experience in sales, business development, and client relations.
