This entry-level opportunity is designed to help you build your skills, gain exposure across functions, and grow through hands-on experience, mentorship, and development opportunities.

 Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the Territory Sales Managers in the field with their existing customer base by attending visits.

  • Cultivate relationships with internal customers to create synergy and support in the business. 

  • Research new business opportunities and sales leads driven by the market. 

  • Analyze the current market and offer recommendations to the business to get ahead of the competition. 

  • Acquire knowledge on all Textron Specialized Vehicles products as well as the competing products.

  • Regularly report out to leadership on project progress.

  • Learn inside and outside sales techniques. 

  • Complete and participate in cross-functional assignments as needed.
