Job description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Development Analyst to support our federal business development and capture operations. This role is designed as an entry-level growth position for individuals interested in federal contracting, pricing strategy, market intelligence, and business operations. The Business Development Analyst will spend approximately 75% of their time supporting pricing and financial analysis activities, including salary surveys, labor market research, pricing strategy support, competitive analysis, and financial forecasting for federal opportunities.

The remaining 25% of the role will support market research, opportunity identification, customer intelligence gathering, CRM/data management, and pipeline reporting activities. This role will work closely with Capture Managers, Pricing leadership, Proposal teams, and operational stakeholders across the organization to support informed bid decisions and growth strategy execution. The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at: $75,000 - $90,000.

The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits including company holidays, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, as well as 401K with company match.
