At Green Clean, were are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Sales team to help us expand our already growing customer base, nationally. In this role, you will receive incoming leads and build relationships with clients interested in Green Clean Commercial's services. Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual Starting Base Salary of $50,000.00 based on experience and applicable technical skills - Plus an aggressive Commission Plan
  • Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, but extra hours and travel may be necessary for each customer's needs.
  • Company Credit Card issued for vehicle fuel-related to business and approved business purchases
  • Standard Vacation package & most Federal holidays observed
  • Health, Medical & Dental Benefits (after 90 days)
  • 401K (after 90 days)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Attend and confirm appointments through incoming leads systems
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • CRM & Email Automation Management
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
  • Prepare sales proposals and ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Maintain and keep organized records of web-based proposal database
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople (future responsibility possibility)

Job Requirements:

  • 1 year business-to-business sales experience preferred (but not required)
  • 1 year janitorial service sales experience preferred (but not required)
  • Must have experience with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean Background Check
  • Strong have strong math & organizational / multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent computer skills, Excel, Word, Outlook Apps and web-based software
  • Must be able to travel 20% as business requires
