Job description

Most job posts sound the same, so letโ€™s skip the corporate script.

At Succession Partners, weโ€™re building a competitive team of people who want more than sitting behind a desk all day doing the same thing repeatedly.

This role is for someone who:

  • likes being around people
  • learns fast
  • wants to develop confidence and communication skills
  • enjoys competition and team culture
  • is looking for real growth instead of just another โ€œclock in / clock outโ€ job

What youโ€™ll actually be doing:

Youโ€™ll work directly with customers in event environments and small to medium sized businesses representing nationally recognized brands in the fintech and banking space like Chime, Sofi, and many more!

That means:

  • talking to people face-to-face
  • helping customers understand promotions/services
  • building relationships
  • learning sales and communication skills in real time
  • working alongside a team instead of being stuck alone behind a screen

Our goal is to build a high-performance team that knows how to communicate face-to-face, create real customer relationships, and grow both professionally and personally in the process.

No experience is required. We train heavily because we care more about mindset, work ethic, and attitude than a perfect resume.

Some of our best people came from:

  • restaurants
  • gyms
  • retail
  • athletics
  • customer service
  • recent college grads
  • people who simply wanted a different environment

What the environment is like:

This is not a cubicle job.

Itโ€™s fast-paced, team-oriented, energetic, and people-focused. Some days are challenging, some days are competitive, and some days are genuinely fun and simple.

If you like growth, pressure, competition, teamwork, and learning new skills quickly, youโ€™ll probably fit in well here.

Compensation:

  • Gauranteed weekly base pay
  • Uncapped bonuses and incentives
  • Performance-based advancement opportunities
  • Travel the country

Most entry-level team members earn between $650-1200/week after training, with top performers earning more as they take on additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities.

A few things we value heavily:

  • Rule #76: No excuses, play like a champion. #iykyk
  • Be coachable
  • Bring the energy. Don't kill the vibe
  • Compete against yourself and support the team

We can teach skill.

We canโ€™t teach hunger.

If youโ€™re looking for a place where you can grow professionally, make money, build confidence, and be around ambitious people every day, apply and letโ€™s have a conversation.
