O.N.I.A.S Marketing is growing and we are looking for you to join our team! O.N.I.A.S Marketing is a face-to-face marketing group that has just expanded our market in Tallahassee!

The Brand Representative will take a direct and face-to-face approach to help maintain current and acquire new customer accounts. We use our unique style of customer service, sales and marketing strategies, and business skills to grow our client’s customer base daily. We are looking for someone who is self-managed and eager to learn. As a goal-oriented company, this position is perfect for someone looking to jump-start their career in business, marketing, and sales.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers daily within our customer's professional environments

  • Present client services and help customers choose products to best suit their needs

  • Communicate with coworkers and upper-level management

  • Thoroughly answer customer questions

  • Track personal and team sales numbers 


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience (preferred)

  • 1-3 years of retail experience (preferred)

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in business/marketing (preferred)


This is an entry-level position, so experience in sales or customer service is strongly preferred but not required. All brand representatives go through hands-on training with our leadership core.
