Job description

Our company is a Houston-based firm focused on helping clients and businesses grow through targeted outreach, high-quality lead generation, and relationship-driven sales support. We value professionalism, integrity, and a growth mindset-and we invest in training so entry-level professionals can build meaningful careers.

We're hiring an Entry Level Brand Ambassador to represent client brands in professional business environments-events and campaigns, scheduled office visits, on-site meetings, corporate campuses, and business districts across Houston. In this role, you'll learn how to identify decision-makers, communicate value propositions, and generate qualified leads that convert into revenue. Training is provided, weekly pay is standard, and there are clear opportunities for advancement.

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:

  • Engage prospects in various settings (on-site meetings and office visits) to educate them on client solutions, qualify interest, and capture accurate lead information.
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns (territory coverage, appointment setting, follow-ups) designed to generate new business opportunities.
  • Deliver brand-consistent messaging and tailor conversations by industry, role, or business need.
  • Coordinate with sales & marketing to align on goals, target accounts, and messaging; contribute ideas to improve outreach and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (notes, next steps, contact data) and manage a disciplined follow-up cadence.
  • Prepare KPI snapshots (daily/weekly) on pipeline health-leads generated, meetings set, conversion rates, and feedback from the field.
  • Support light logistics for B2B appointments (materials, confirmations, day-of agendas) to ensure a smooth, professional experience.
  • Deliver best-in-class professionalism at every touchpoint-punctual, prepared, and courteous.

      Key Qualifications:

      • Must be at least 18 years or older
      • High school diploma or GED required (some college or relevant experience a plus).
      • Clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and professional presence.
      • Coachable, goal-oriented mindset; eager to learn and take feedback.
      • Comfortable initiating conversations with business stakeholders (front desk to department leads and managers).
      • Organized and reliable, able to manage schedules, appointments, and follow-ups.
      • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (we will train).
      • Able to commute to meetings, events, and appointments throughout Houston, TX.

      Compensation & Benefits

      • Competitive weekly pay.
      • Monthly and quarterly performance-based bonuses offered.
      • Comprehensive, hands-on training in sales, marketing, and client relations.
      • Employee discounts offered.
      • A clear advancement path into leadership and management roles.
      • Flexible scheduling options for full-time employees.
      • Ongoing mentorship and professional development.
      • A supportive, team-oriented work culture.
      • Paid Time Off
      • Recognition programs and growth-based incentives.
      • Optional paid travel opportunities for events and networking.
