As a Sales Associate, you'll be on the front lines of business growth connecting with potential clients, strengthening relationships with existing ones, and becoming a trusted face of our brand. What You'll Do:

• Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings sparking conversations that matter.

• Track leads, manage opportunities in our CRM, and help push deals across the finish line.
• Work with the team on proposals, presentations, and follow-ups that win business.
• Keep up-to-date on services, promotions, and industry trends so you're always a step ahead.
• Collect client feedback and help us refine and innovate how we deliver value.

What We're Looking For:

We believe in hiring for attitude and training for skill. If you bring energy and drive, we'll teach you the rest.

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation this role is on-site in our Houston office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (you enjoy talking to people!).
• Organized and efficient with excellent time management.
• A positive, ambitious attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Previous customer-facing or sales experience is a plus but not required.
