Pariveda is seeking a Brand & Creative Manager to join our Market Engagement team in the Corporate Services office in Dallas. This is a collaborative, analytical, and problem-solving role. You Can Expect To:
As a member of the Market Engagement team, you will steward and evolve Pariveda's brand by translating firm strategy into scalable systems, narratives, and creative direction that strengthen market presence and enable consistent execution.
  • Serve as a steward of the Pariveda brand, balancing consistency with thoughtful adaptation across audiences, channels, and contexts.
  • Define and evolve brand strategy in alignment with firm priorities, market goals, and target industries.
  • Translate strategy into clear brand frameworks, narratives, templates, and assets that support consistent execution across the firm.
  • Partner with executive and cross-functional leaders to turn complex business and technical strategies into compelling brand stories and creative direction.
  • Lead brand rollout, adoption, and governance through training, structured reviews, and scalable systems that clarify ownership, standards, and decision-making.
  • Direct creative work delivered by freelancers and external partners, providing scope, feedback, and quality control.
  • Lead creative direction for campaigns and priority initiatives across web, social, events, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing and other teams to ensure digital experiences support brand and business goals.

We Look For:
The successful candidate possesses the following critical qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in brand, creative, or marketing roles, with demonstrated responsibility for brand strategy, creative direction, and cross-functional partnership in a B2B or professional services environment.
  • Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical and systems thinking, with the ability to translate strategy into practical execution.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to solve problems, think creatively, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders, cross-functional partners, freelancers, and external vendors.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency with PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and other creative software used for storytelling, presentations, and brand asset development and adaptation.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field, or comparable experience.
  • Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.
