Field Brand Ambassador (Entry Level)

We're currently hiring Field Brand Ambassadors (entry level), with both full-time and part-time options available. The schedule is designed to be convenient and consistent, with hours typically between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PMand even shorter part-time shifts available. Best of all, this role is Monday through Friday only, leaving weekends free. No prior experience is required, making it a great starting point for students and non-students eager to gain real-world experience. Below is a quick overview of this fantastic opportunity!

Job Summary: The Los Angeles Center for Ear, Nose, Throat and Allergy (LA CENTA) is seeking a motivated and outgoing Field Brand Ambassador to represent our organization in the community. In this entry-level role, you will visit clinics and healthcare facilities, introduce our services, and distribute marketing materials. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working independently, and helping grow brand awareness within the local healthcare network. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach to assigned clinics, physician offices, and nearby healthcare facilities to introduce LA CENTA services
  • Build and maintain strong referral relationships through consistent in-person visits and professional engagement
  • Identify and explore new neighborhoods and facilities to support growth and expansion
  • Distribute marketing materials and clearly communicate service offerings to healthcare providers and staff
  • Represent the organization with professionalism, maintaining a polished appearance and positive attitude
  • Track outreach activities, including visits, contacts, and feedback, ensuring accurate and organized records
  • Provide regular reports on referral activity, field visits, and market insights
  • Manage daily travel between clinics and surrounding facilities efficiently
  • Follow up with contacts to strengthen relationships and encourage ongoing engagement
  • Other duties as assigned

Compensation

  • $19-$21 per hour

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are reflective of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, confident, and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Ability to travel regularly between locations (REQUIRED)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track activities and complete basic reporting
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing (preferred but not required)

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Individual will be required to:

  • Stand and walk for long periods at a time.
  • Use hands and fingers in repetitive motions, daily.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs. periodically.
  • Travel to locations or sites as needed (ex. Arcadia, Brentwood, Glendale, Hollywood, other locations as needed).
