Job Details

We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project management and field teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in commercial construction while contributing to technically complex and highly visible projects.

  • Support Project Managers, Superintendents and Project Engineers throughout all phases of construction
  • Prepare, distribute and track submittals, requests for information, change orders and other project documentation
  • Maintain project files, drawings, specifications, contracts and correspondence
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, consultants and internal team members
  • Assist with subcontractor onboarding, insurance documentation, contracts and purchase orders
  • Track project schedules, action items, procurement deadlines and outstanding deliverables
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes and distribute follow up items
  • Assist with project billing, cost documentation, change order logs and budget tracking
  • Support the preparation of closeout documents, warranties, operation manuals and as built drawings
  • Help maintain accurate information within the company’s construction management software
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure projects remain organized and on schedule
Qualifications
  • 1 or more years of project coordination, administrative or construction industry experience required
  • Experience with a general contractor, subcontractor, architecture firm or engineering firm is a plus
  • Assist with preconstruction and bidding efforts, including subcontractor outreach, bid solicitation and proposal tracking
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is preferred
  • Ability to read and organize construction drawings, specifications and project documentation is a plus
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration or a related field is preferred but not required
