Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant


• Job Title: Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant

• Salary Range: $45,000–$50,000 base + uncapped commission

• Location: Brickell, Miami, FL | Hybrid (4 days in office, 5 days during initial training)

The Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant will develop the skills to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building relationships with exceptional candidates while partnering with clients to deliver outstanding hiring solutions.


Role Highlights

– Learn the complete recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to managing offers and placements

– Build talent pipelines using modern sourcing tools and headhunting techniques
