Job description

Description: Auxilium Biotechnologies is a medical device startup aiming to help patients with traumatic nerve injuries. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Device Manufacturing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in medical device manufacturing and a willingness to learn. This is an entry-level position located in Ann Arbor, MI with opportunities for growth and development in the field of biomedical engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in manufacturing to produce medical devices according to established procedures.
  • Learn to troubleshoot equipment and process issues to ensure manufacturing processes remain in operations.
  • Assist in documenting manufacturing activities, including equipment logs, batch records, and inspection records, and inventory in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks.


Qualifications:

  • No experience needed, training is done on-site.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred but not needed.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow written procedures accurately.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with team members.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Driver’s license and personal vehicle.

Start Date: A mutually agreed upon date as soon as

possible.


Job Type: Full-time preferable, with a commitment requirement of 40 hrs/week. Part-time can be d

Salary:

$20/hour.
