Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, tailored to individual client needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their specific personal, cultural, and clinical needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in individual and group therapy settings.
• Provide crisis intervention services effectively, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for patients in acute distress.
• Maintain clear and precise clinical documentation including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and their families, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to manage their mental health challenges.
• Participate in a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to patient care, engaging regularly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers.
• Conduct outcome assessments to evaluate treatment efficacy and make necessary adjustments to enhance patient progress.
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in mental health counseling, integrating new knowledge into clinical practice.
• Uphold ethical standards and maintain strict confidentiality of patient information.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges between $80,000 to $100,000, depending on your experience, education, and other relevant factors. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
