Join Our Team
Citizens Bank & Trust is seeking a dependable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Teller. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, values accuracy, and wants to build a career in community banking.  As a Teller, you will be one of the first people our customers meet. You'll process a variety of banking transactions, provide outstanding customer service, and help build lasting relationships while learning the banking industry from experienced professionals.
 
What You'll Do
·         Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to every customer.
·         Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other teller transactions accurately.
·         Balance your cash drawer and follow established cash handling procedures.
·         Assist with a variety of branch operational duties.
·         Identify customer needs and refer banking products and services to the appropriate team members.
·         Maintain confidentiality and comply with all bank policies and regulatory requirements.
·         Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
 
What We're Looking For
·         High school diploma or equivalent.
·         Cash handling experience preferred; banking experience is a plus.
·         Excellent customer service and communication skills.
