Job Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the bank's Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning technology platforms, including user management, content uploading, course scheduling, and reporting.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users (employees and trainers) regarding learning technology tools and issues.
  • Collaborate with learning and development specialists to integrate new learning content and functionalities into existing platforms.
  • Assist in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new learning technologies and tools to meet evolving organizational needs.
  • Develop and deliver training and user guides for employees on how to effectively use learning technology platforms and features.
  • Monitor and analyze learning technology usage data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and report on key metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations related to learning technology platforms.
  • Participate in LearnTech team projects, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and strategic objectives.
Job Qualifications
  • Strong technical aptitude with a good understanding of various learning technologies (e.g., authoring tools, virtual classrooms, content management systems).
