About the Role

We are seeking motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our team as a Customer Experience Agent. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to both tax professionals and consumers by answering questions, providing account information, explaining products and programs, and ensuring every customer interaction is a positive experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with customer service, retail, banking, or call center experience who are looking to take the next step in their career. No sales experience is required.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Agent, you will:

  • Handle inbound calls from:
    • Tax professionals and businesses that utilize tax preparation software
    • Consumers seeking information regarding refund-related financial products and services
  • Provide accurate account information and product education
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email channels
  • Conduct outbound "discovery" calls to previous customers to determine future service needs
  • Transfer interested customers to the appropriate sales team when applicable
  • Complete customer request forms and update account records
  • Document all customer interactions accurately for reporting and trend analysis
  • Navigate multiple systems efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintain service level and quality standards in a fast-paced customer service environment
