The Opportunity
As a Data Validation Risk - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Risk & Regulatory practice, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn't clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.
In this role at PwC, you will leverage advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop robust data validation solutions for clients. You will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will contribute to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing data validation tools to facilitate efficient data conversions and ERP implementations
- Developing data integration and transformation solutions to support client needs
- Building and maintaining data infrastructure to support scalable data solutions
- Applying data lifecycle and governance skills (data lineage, traceability, data quality, reliability and accuracy) on data and ERP implementations
- Managing data validation processes to maintain data quality and integrity
- Collaborating with clients to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Manipulating large and complex data sets using Excel, Alteryx, SQL, Python, Databricks, or Snowflake
- Engaging in continuous learning to adapt to emerging data technologies and methodologies

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
