Job Title: Audit/Assurance Associate


Position Summary:
415 Group is seeking an Audit/Assurance Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level role ideal for a recent graduate or someone beginning their career in public accounting. The associate will work closely with senior team members to support audit engagements and gain hands-on experience in assurance services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of audit and assurance engagements
  • Perform audit procedures, including testing and documentation
  • Prepare and organize workpapers in accordance with firm standards
  • Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or areas of concern
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA track preferred (or intention to pursue CPA)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Internship or exposure to audit/accounting software is a plus, but not required
