Job description

Audi Technology Expert

Audi Greenville, a Pecheles Automotive Dealership — Greenville, NC

Full-Time, one Saturday per month | $38,000-$45000 + Benefits

About the Role

Audi Greenville is hiring an Audi Technology Expert — the first smile our customers see when they pull onto the lot and the last trusted face they see when they drive home in their new Audi. This is a unique hybrid role that blends hospitality, product expertise, and customer care. If you love cars, love people, and get genuinely excited about explaining how a virtual cockpit works for the tenth time that week, we want to meet you.

You'll be the connective tissue between our showroom, our sales team, and our guests — making sure every visitor feels welcomed, informed, and confident from the moment they arrive through long after they've taken delivery.

What You'll Do

Guest Arrival & Showroom Experience

  • Warmly greet every customer who walks in or pulls up to the dealership

  • Quickly identify whether they're here for sales, service, pickup, or just browsing

  • Gather key information about their vehicle interests and needs

  • Hand off qualified buyers to the right salesperson with context, so they don't have to repeat themselves

Vehicle Delivery & Product Expertise

  • Lead new and pre-owned vehicle deliveries, walking customers through features like MMI, Audi virtual cockpit, driver assistance systems, charging (for e-tron models), and pairing their phone

  • Make sure every customer leaves feeling confident behind the wheel — not overwhelmed

  • Set up myAudi accounts, Audi connect services, and any apps the customer wants configured

Aftersales & Follow-Up

  • Conduct post-delivery follow-up calls and check-ins to answer questions and surface any concerns

  • Reach out to past customers for service reminders, satisfaction surveys, and brand events

  • Help resolve small tech or feature questions by phone, text, or a quick return visit

Lot & Showroom Support

  • Help keep the lot organized, vehicles staged, and the showroom presentation sharp

  • Move and stage vehicles for deliveries, photography, and test drives

  • Support the sales team with whatever else keeps the day running smoothly

What We're Looking For

  • Genuine people skills — you're warm, curious, and comfortable starting conversations with strangers

  • A real interest in cars and technology (Audi experience is a big plus, but we'll train the right person)

  • Comfort with smartphones, tablets, infotainment systems, and walking others through tech they've never used

  • Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone

  • Professional appearance and the kind of reliability a luxury brand demands

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to work one weekend per month

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred but not required

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in automotive, hospitality, luxury retail, or customer-facing tech role (Apple Store, Tesla, Genius Bar, concierge, etc.)

  • Familiarity with Audi, VW Group, or other premium brands

  • Bilingual skills

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay: $18 per hour+ performance bonuses

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance

  • 401(k) with company match

  • Paid time off (Earn 3 day's vacation at 6 Months)

  • Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts

  • Ongoing Audi brand and product training (including factory certifications)

  • A career path into sales, service advising, or management for those who want to grow!

Pecheles Automotive is an equal opportunity employer.
