Job description

The Project Manager is responsible for leading, managing and accomplishing project objectives by planning and executing project activities. Works close with management ensure teams complete specific pipeline integrity management jobs. Duties may include, but are not limited to:


  • Plans, organizes, directs, controls, and evaluates projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.
  • Leads in the planning and execution of pipeline pigging and integrity assessment projects.
  • Schedules on-site activities, management of project budgets, supervision of staff etc.
  • Processes inspection data, review data, and assists in the generation of the final report as directed.
  • Communicates project progress and status in a clear method.
  • Participates in safety meetings and develops knowledge in all safety polices and industry safety standards.
  • Assists with the development and improvement of the integrated pipeline solution including training of and or new team members.
  • Additional duties as needed.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Minimum of two (2) years of project management experience required.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Associates degree in business, construction, project management a plus.
  • Certification in Project Management a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with an eye for quality.
  • Knowledge of construction code requirements and scheduling methods.
  • Knowledge of project management methods and technologies and an ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts.
  • Possess experience or in-depth familiarity with general pipeline operation and pipeline activities.
  • Able to work with teams and guide them to complete tasks.
  • Able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • These positions require an individual who is well organized and capable of taking a project from start-up all the way to completion and close out.
  • Have the ability to travel to customer/site visits.
