CW is seeking a janitorial Assistant Project Manager who thrives in a hands-on environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards. This role supports daily operations, fosters a positive team culture, and helps ensure our facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming.
  • Supervise a custodial team while ensuring high-quality work, a safe environment, and consistent adherence to company standards.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and proper equipment use.
  • Assist with planning and assigning daily work schedules, monitor attendance, and ensure adequate coverage for regular, after-hours, and weekend shifts.
  • Participate in daily custodial operations, including cleaning, inspections, and safety checks, to maintain consistent quality across all areas.
  • Maintain and manage custodial supplies and equipment by overseeing stocking, ordering, routine upkeep, and inventory tracking to ensure all materials are available for daily operations.
  • Respond to emergency cleaning situations including after-hours calls, biohazard events, and flood-related incidents while ensuring a prompt and safe resolution.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing company policies, safety regulations, and confidentiality standards.

What You'll Need to be Successful:
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of supervisory or Team Lead experience.
  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years of commercial janitorial or facilities maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety standards, and equipment handling.
  • Knowledge of janitorial safety standards and procedures, including OSHA standards and bloodborne pathogen protocols.
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Valid RealID
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain government base access.

Physical & Environmental Demands:
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout your shift to clean and maintain different areas.

  • Possible exposure to dust, dirt, allergens, and other typical indoor environmental factors.
  • May encounter biohazardous materials or bodily fluids (especially in healthcare or public restrooms) with proper safety protocols and PPE in place.
  • Working in confined or awkward spaces such as under sinks, behind furniture, or inside equipment areas may be required.
  • Noise from vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and other cleaning machinery may be present; hearing protection provided when necessary.
