Job Summary

The Project Manager supports the Installation Manager in running installation projects day to day. This role orders and tracks materials, keeps the project schedule and project management software up to date, joins site visits, and helps coordinate timing with general contractors and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order and track materials for each project against the schedule and vendor lead times.

  • Maintain the project schedule and keep the project management software current across all active jobs.

  • Join the Installation Manager on site visits to monitor progress and document punch list items.

  • Support the Installation Manager in communicating with general contractors on project timing and sequencing.

  • Act as a point of contact for customers on schedule and status updates, in coordination with the Installation Manager.

  • Flag scheduling conflicts, delays, or material issues to the Installation Manager and help resolve them.

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction, or installation.

  • Comfortable using project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Monday.com, or similar).

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple active projects.

  • Clear communicator with contractors, customers, and internal teams.

  • Willing to travel locally to job sites; valid driver's license required.

Work Environment

Split between office work and on-site visits to active project locations. Some local travel required.
