Production Operator / Trimmer – Full-Time

Location: Brighton, MI TN 37355

Pay: Starting at $16/hour or higher (based on experience and shift) – paid Biweekly on Fridays

Who We Want

Aspen Technologies Inc is seeking candidates at entry-level or those with prior experience to work on the production line, operate machinery, hand tools, and help us deliver quality products on time. General Production to work on our 1st Shift at our Brighton location. The hours are 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday – Friday, with overtime as required on weekends as needed for production.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Operate production machinery, trimmers, or assembly tools safely and accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation
  • Follow all safety and quality standards
  • Meet daily production and attendance goals
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors as needed
  • Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What Requirements Are Needed

  • 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience is preferred
  • Must follow instructions and safety procedures accurately
  • Comfortable working in a warm, non-climate-controlled environment
  • Consistent attendance
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Positive attitude and team-player mindset
  • Desire for long-term employment
  • Ability to understand and read directions.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Walking/Standing/Bending for long periods of time.

Physical Requirements

Must have physical strength and endurance to be able to perform duties. Required to frequently lift and move 10-50 pounds. Expected to stand, sit, walk, and operate objects, tools, and controls.
