Job Summary
The Sales Operations Analyst will provide critical support to the Sales Operations team, focusing on price metrics, analytics, tools, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is designed to work with sales effectiveness processes, data analysis, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. A key component of the role will involve assisting with the company's ERP migration to SAP, gaining hands-on experience with a major systems transition. This role provides an excellent opportunity to build foundational skills in sales operations, analytics, and ERP systems, all while contributing to meaningful projects.
Job Location
  • This position is hybrid and located at our Corporate office in Atlanta, GA.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with analyzing large datasets to identify trends, provide insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support the development of market evaluations and pricing strategies to meet revenue and pricing goals.
  • Contribute to price improvement projects aimed at enhancing profitability.
  • Help create and utilize pricing tools for analytics, reporting, and modeling.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with the preparation of pricing reports, dashboards, and competitor/market intelligence for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the ERP migration to SAP by performing data entry, validation, testing, and assisting with system training documentation.
  • Partner with team members to manage pricing strategies and initiatives effectively.
  • Gain exposure to industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales enablement.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Microsoft Excel and other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and develop clear, actionable insights.
  • Interest in learning about ERP systems and process optimization; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
