Position Overview

We are hiring Entry-Level Canvassers / Appointment Setters to generate leads by connecting with homeowners in local neighborhoods.

This is the first step into high-income roofing sales, where your primary responsibility is to:
Start conversations Build trust Set qualified appointments

No roofing experience required-we provide hands-on training and mentorship.

What You'll Do
  • Canvass residential neighborhoods and engage homeowners face-to-face
  • Start conversations around roof condition, storm damage, and inspections
  • Educate homeowners on the value of a free roof inspection
  • Set appointments for experienced sales representatives
  • Represent the company with professionalism and positive energy
  • Track daily activity (doors knocked, conversations, appointments set)
  • Work consistently to meet and exceed daily and weekly targets
