These roles typically involve monitoring application performance, responding to support tickets or calls, and escalating complex issues to higher-level teams. Entry-level application support staff often work closely with both technical and non-technical users, helping ensure software runs smoothly and efficiently. Job description

Remote Customer Sales and Support Representative (Entry-Level)

100% Remote | United States & Canada | Full-Time | Paid Weekly | Training Provided | No Cold Calling

A Remote Role Where You Can Learn, Earn, and Move Forward

You don't need a long sales résumé to get started. What matters most is your ability to communicate, stay dependable, and be willing to learn.

AO Globe Life is adding Remote Customer Sales and Support Representatives to its growing team. In this role, you'll speak directly with clients who have already requested information, understand what they're looking for, and guide them through their available benefit options.

You'll receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and access to experienced team members as you build confidence in a professional sales environment.

What Your Workday Can Look Like

Rather than spending your day searching for strangers to call, you'll work with scheduled client appointments and focus on the conversation in front of you.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct scheduled phone or virtual appointments with clients
  • Learn about each client's situation and determine what information they need
  • Present benefit options clearly and answer questions
  • Help clients understand their choices without using complicated language
  • Follow up with clients when additional assistance is needed
  • Complete required documentation and maintain accurate client records
  • Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and product training
  • Develop stronger communication, organization, and sales skills over time

What Makes This Opportunity Different

Starting a new career can be intimidating when every job seems to ask for experience before giving you a chance.

Here, you'll have a structured environment where you can learn the process while gaining real experience.

You'll have access to:

  • Qualified client leads
  • No cold calling
  • Paid weekly commission-based compensation
  • Performance-based earning potential
  • Initial and ongoing training
  • Individual coaching and mentorship
  • A flexible remote work schedule
  • A team environment with regular support
  • Opportunities to take on additional responsibility as you develop

You Could Be a Strong Match If You

  • Communicate comfortably with different types of people
  • Listen well and ask thoughtful questions
  • Take feedback seriously and apply what you learn
  • Can manage your time without constant supervision
  • Are comfortable learning new systems and technology
  • Stay professional during client conversations
  • Want a career path that rewards consistency and improvement

Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, education, or client-facing positions can be helpful, but it is not required.

Why Consider a Remote Sales Career?

Sales isn't only about making a sale.

It's about learning how to listen, communicate clearly, solve problems, handle questions, and build trust. Those are skills you can continue using throughout your career.

If you're looking for a position where you can start with training, develop practical experience, and have room to grow based on your performance, this could be the opportunity you're looking for.

Ready to Take the Next Step?

If you're motivated to learn, comfortable working with people, and ready to build your professional experience from home, submit your application today.

Our recruiting team will review your application and contact selected candidates with information about the next step in the hiring process. Please monitor your email, voicemail, and spam folder for updates.
