Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated insurance carrier, is seeking an entry-level motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The position requires the following, but is not limited to:

  • Develop business requirements and related business rules based on business decision.
  • Work closely with the business subject matter experts in the definition, training, implementation, and support of business requirements
  • Define requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, and existing system documentation or procedures.
  • Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and translate high level information into details.
  • Act as liaison between the business and technology teams.
  • Work with software tools to gather and document requirements and rules.
  • Perform high level testing in coordination with the detailed testing by quality assurance teams.
  • Organize and lead meetings with business, technology, and quality assurance teams.
