Jako Head of IT będziesz liderem zespołu deweloperskiego Base Courier - odpowiadasz za architekturę, jakość i rozwój platformy. - Techniczne prowadzenie zespołu deweloperskiego - wyznaczanie standardów, dobrych praktyk i kierunku rozwoju technologicznego.
- Projektowanie architektury systemów i podejmowanie kluczowych decyzji technologicznych w oparciu o potrzeby biznesowe.
- Nadzór pracy developerskiej, a w razie potrzeby gotowość do pracy hands-on.
- Definiowanie i utrzymanie roadmapy technicznej we współpracy z zespołem produktowym i biznesem.
- Dbałość o jakość kodu, wydajność i skalowalność platformy (testy, CI/CD, redukcja długu technicznego).
- Mentoring i rozwój deweloperów - wsparcie w podnoszeniu kompetencji i budowanie kultury inżynierskiej.
- Nadzór nad bezpieczeństwem, niezawodnością i ciągłością działania wdrażanych rozwiązań.

Wymagania:
- Min. 7 lat doświadczenia w tworzeniu oprogramowania, w tym min. 2 lata doświadczenia w roli lidera zespołu developerskiego.
- Bardzo dobra znajomość stacku technologicznego: PHP (Symfony, Doctrine) oraz baz MySQL/AWS Aurora, wraz z doświadczeniem w pracy na infrastrukturze AWS (EC2, S3, RDS) na Linuksie z konteneryzacją Docker i CI/CD w GitHub Actions.
- Doświadczenie w projektowaniu architektury systemów działających w skali (środowisko chmurowe, API, integracje z systemami zewnętrznymi).
- Znajomość dobrych praktyk inżynierskich - code review, CI/CD, testowanie automatyczne, wersjonowanie.
- Znajomość zagadnień bezpieczeństwa aplikacji i zarządzania ryzykiem technicznym.
- Umiejętność komunikowania się zarówno z zespołem technicznym, jak i z działami biznesowymi - swobodne przekładanie rozwiązań technologicznych na wartość biznesową.
