Job description

Description:
The material handler is responsible for the picking, delivery and inventory management of parts and materials within an aircraft hangar environment.

What you will be responsible for:
    Pick materials per picking assignments generated by customer orders.
    Deliver materials to assigned customers via forklift and or motorized cart.
    Assign materials to locations in hangars and associated aircraft.
    Operate forklift to move materials.
    Un-load trucks and count receipts for accuracy Inventory materials.
    Report damage upon receipts.
    Other duties as assigned
 

What you need to be successful in this role:
    This position requires compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Candidates must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or individual admitted as a refugee or granted asylum).
    High school diploma or general education degree GED required.
    Two years warehouse shipping, receiving or inventory picking experience preferred.
    Must possess computer skills and be able to work with minimal supervision.
    Familiarity with warehousing and supply chain management programs preferred
    Able to communicate effectively verbally in writing in standard English.
