Who are we?

Daher's Charleston, South Carolina site supports onsite aerospace logistics operations for a major aircraft manufacturing customer, playing a critical role in production support and supply chain execution. The team manages key activities including parts kitting, tooling and inventory management, and lineside material support, directly enabling aircraft final assembly operations. As part of Daher's growing North American Logistics Division, the site delivers precisiondriven, safetycritical logistics services in a fastpaced manufacturing environment, working closely with customer stakeholders to ensure material availability, quality compliance, and strict FODprevention standards.

Job Summary:

As a Production Logistics Coordinator, you'll be a critical part of our production support team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and supporting team success. You will play an essential role in ensuring parts and materials are where they need to be-keeping our production lines moving and our standards high.

Please note this position is for our 2nd SHIFT team with 1:00pm to 9:30pm hours.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure timely movement of materials between storage, production, and staging areas to support efficient workflow.
  • Maintain accurate inventory tracking through system updates and real-time monitoring of work-in-process.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and escalate material discrepancies to help minimize disruptions.
  • Follow standard work procedures and safety protocols while working with attention to detail and pride in your work.

What We're Looking For

  • Team-first attitude and willingness to support others to meet shared goals.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work 2nd shift and complete training on 1st shift for up to 90 days.

Preferred Experience

  • 1+ year of experience in inventory, material handling, or logistics support.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP platforms.

  • The starting compensation is $21.00 per hour plus a shift differential for second shift hours worked.
  • The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Daher considers a number of factors when determining salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, skills, and current market conditions.
