As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be given the keys to run your own business within a business. You’ll act as both a market expert and career advisor, building lasting partnerships with clients and candidates in your niche market. We will train you to manage the full recruitment process, developing commercial and interpersonal skills that create long-term success in business.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities


Business Development

  • Create and foster relationships with business leaders to understand their needs and become a trusted partner for their staffing needs
  • Advise on strategy, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate deals and place candidates into exciting opportunities


Sourcing Candidates

  • Build and maintain a network of specialized professionals within your technical market. (You do not need prior expertise in any fields; we will train you)
  • Source, qualify, and interview candidates to assess skills, motivations, and fit.


Running Your Own Book of Business

  • Monitor activity, placements, and revenue performance to maximize results and earnings.
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve team goals and celebrate shared success.
  • Drive your own progression and success – the more you put in, the more you get out
  • Put simply: win clients, source candidates, do deals, make money.


What We Offer

  • $35,000 base salary + competitive uncapped commission structure
  • $65,000-$75,000+ OTE for first year consultants
  • $110,000+ OTE for second year consultants
  • Clear, performance-based progression: transparent promotion criteria and compensation steps at every level
