  • Prepare files for print and digital production following provided specs and guidelines
  • Manage and organize design files and assets in a shared environment

  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in an on-site, collaborative team environment
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude aligned with our brand voice--fun, bold, and original

MUST HAVE'S

  • Understanding of basic print and digital design principles
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Ability to take creative direction and apply feedback effectively
  • Reliability and consistent on-site availability during standard business hours

WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE'S
  • Internship or part-time experience in an agency or in-house creative team
  • Exposure to print production or file setup
  • Basic familiarity with motion, animation, or video tools (After Effects, Premiere)
  • Illustration or hand-drawn design skills

  • Extended exposure to computer monitors
  • Long periods of sitting at a desk
  • Fast-paced creative environment with real deadlines and real deliverables
  • Strong mentorship and growth opportunities within a collaborative team

VALUABLE TRAITS
