Commis aux comptes clients – Transport maritime
Lieu : Montréal
Horaire : Lundi au vendredi, de 9 h à 17 h
Type de poste : Temporaire
Salaire : 22 $ à 26 $/heure, selon l’expérience

Responsabilités
  • Effectuer le suivi et le recouvrement des comptes clients;
  • Communiquer avec les clients concernant les factures en souffrance;
  • Analyser les états de compte et identifier les écarts de paiement;
  • Documenter les appels et les suivis dans le système;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour résoudre les litiges de facturation;
  • Maintenir les dossiers clients à jour dans le système comptable.
Profil recherché
  • DEP ou DEC en comptabilité, administration ou finance;
  • Finissants et récents diplômés bienvenus;
  • Bonne maîtrise d’Excel, incluant les tableaux croisés dynamiques et la fonction RECHERCHEV;
  • Connaissance de SAP ou d’un autre système ERP, un atout;
  • Bonnes aptitudes en communication, négociation et service à la clientèle;
  • Sens de l’organisation, autonomie et rigueur.
Exigences linguistiques
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit;
  • Fréquence d’utilisation de l’anglais : quotidienne;
  • Niveau d’anglais requis : courant;
  • Motif : interactions régulières avec des clients et des collègues anglophones à l’échelle nationale.

Accounts Receivable Clerk – Ocean Freight Transportation
Location: Montreal
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Position Type: Temporary
Salary: $22 to $26 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities
  • Follow up on and collect outstanding customer accounts.
  • Communicate with customers regarding overdue invoices.
  • Analyze account statements and identify payment discrepancies.
  • Document calls and collection activities in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing disputes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the accounting system.
Desired Profile
  • DEP, DEC, or equivalent diploma in Accounting, Administration, or Finance.
  • Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system is considered an asset.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Well-organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented.
Language Requirements
