About the Role


We’re looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual (Spanish/English) Data Entry Accounting Assistant to support our accounting team with accurate data entry, document processing, and basic financial tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting or administrative career who wants hands-on experience and room to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data entry tasks — enter invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial information
  • Document processing — organize, scan, and maintain accounting records
  • Assist with accounts payable/receivable
  • Reconcile statements and verify data accuracy
  • Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams in Spanish and English
  • Support general office and administrative tasks as needed
