At Accenture Federal Services, we help the U.S. federal government make the nation stronger, safer, and better for all. Our 13,000+ team members are united by a shared purpose: to harness the limitless potential of technology and human ingenuity for clients across defense, national security, public safety, civilian, and military health organizations.

Join a collaborative and caring community where you belong, and where your growth is our priority. As an entry-level analyst, you'll gain hands-on experience, earn industry certifications, and receive structured training that builds on your engineering mindset-applying creativity and analytical thinking to solve real-world challenges.

We're writing the playbook for how to be the most AI-enabled, client-focused, and people-first organization. Our reinventors are driving faster value for clients and shaping the future of government services.

Are you ready to reinvent what's possible?

It's your career, your life, and your choice. Let's build something that matters-together.

The Opportunity

At AFS, our Technology Analysts play a critical role in helping federal agencies solve complex challenges through the power of technology, data, and human ingenuity. This is a dynamic, entry-level opportunity for individuals who are curious, creative, and eager to learn-especially those with a growth mindset and a passion for applying structured thinking to real-world problems.

You'll work side-by-side with teammates to design and deliver innovative solutions that support national security, public safety, and civilian services. Whether you're analyzing business processes, exploring AI use cases, or helping implement new technologies, your contributions will help move missions forward.

What You'll Do:

  • Experiment and be an early adopter of emerging technologies and next-generation IT tools, including genitive AI, intelligent agents, and edge computing
  • Apply frameworks such as Agentic AI to accelerate solution development and enhance decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technology-enabled solutions.
  • Support the design and delivery of systems/applications, dashboards, and process automation tools.
  • Conduct research, synthesize insights, and contribute to thought leadership in areas like digital transformation, data strategy, and responsible AI.
  • Use creativity and structured thinking to solve problems and deliver value to federal clients.

What You'll Learn

  • How to rapidly prototype and iterate using modern engineering methods and cloud-native architectures.
  • Fundamentals of AI, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and modern software delivery.
  • Business analysis techniques, agile methodologies, and digital transformation strategies.
  • How to work in fast-paced, mission-driven environments with real-world impact.
  • How to grow into specialized roles in AI, data, cloud, or product strategy.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM or adjacent field (e.g., Information Systems, Business, Economics, Public Policy, etc.), with graduation by August 31, 2026.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology, AI, and innovation.
  • U.S. citizenship required (due to federal contract requirements)
  • Ability to travel 25-50% preferred, but requirements vary by team and location.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required, 3.2 cumulative GPA preferred) from a 4-year accredited institution.
  • Experience or coursework in business analysis, data analytics, or emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Python, Tableau, Power BI, or cloud platforms.
  • Strong communication, thought leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Growth mindset with a desire to continuously learn and apply new technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Active security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.

This is more than a job-it's a launchpad for a technical career in federal innovation.
