B&N CAD Technician/Designer Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with engineers to support development and execution of treatment drafting and design projects
  • Produce accurate and detailed technical drawings using CADD software (REVIT, Civil 3D, Plant3D) under direction of senior designers and engineers
  • Assist with the 3D modeling of treatment facilities and creation of equipment layouts and assemblies
  • Ensure that all documentation meets client standards, project specifications, and regulatory standards
  • Provide valuable support on projects across various regions
  • Gain exposure to diverse treatment design standards and practices

Skills & Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Vocational school, associate degree, or certificate in CADD technology, drafting, civil engineering technology, or related field, preferred
  • 0 - 2 years of experience with civil CADD drafting
  • Familiarity with at least one CADD platform required (Revit, AutoCAD, Plant 3D preferred) as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Willingness to learn new CADD platforms as needed
  • Basic understanding of civil design concepts, especially in water/wastewater treatment
  • Adaptable and self-motivated with a learning mindset as well as a proactive approach to problem solving
