We are seeking motivated construction and computer-nuts to join our team of Printer Operators. You will work on real Concrete 3D Printing projects across multiple states, applying multi-disciplinary knowledge to the next generation of construction site. This role is ideal for technology inclined individuals who are eager to get their hands dirty, take initiative, and build homes one layer at a time.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate state-of-the-art 3D concrete printing technology to build complex structures.
  • Monitor the printing process to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the 3D printer and associated equipment.
  • Prioritize safety by following all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Work closely with coders, designers, and construction teams to ensure successful project execution.
  •  Maintain detailed records of printing operations, material usage, and project progress.
  • Explain the printing process to novice operators in a clear and orderly fashion
Must Have:
  • Willingness and availability to travel up to 65% to support field construction operations.
  • Understands 3D printing techniques, materials, and equipment. Proficient in operating 3D printing software and related technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address challenges during the printing process.
  •  Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
  • Reliable mode of transportation.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional in an in-person setting 
Nice to have:
  • Experience with 3D printing and digital fabrication tools preferred.
  • Basic programming or scripting experience (any language relevant to their field)
  • Familiarity with construction jobsites or automation equipment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience with RepRap / Duet 3D systems
